1) Hot water in a bottle for relieving the pain of a cystic pimples :

3) Use mint juice on your cystic acne :
Another great natural remedy for cystic acne is to use mint juice on your face each and every night. This type of juice tends to reduce the swelling and it also will reduce some of itchiness that you may be experiencing.
