Whether it is the use of birth control pills, pain killers or steroids, they can be one of the main causes of adult acne. In the list of negative side effects of steroids, this is a big one.

Cause #5: Heredity

This is among the main causes of adult acne. Some people, despite taking utmost care and precaution, end up having acne. This is primarily because of heredity reasons.
