How to get rid of acne scars?
And, i need a reeeal answer this time please

Im 15 & i got pimples on my cheeks & some on my forehead, & most of my pimples are gone, but theres like scars everywhere 
(exagerating )
is there like a cream that would get rid of it FAST?
i used bio-oil but that ends up giving me even MORE pimples so i stopped using that .
& whats the best thing to stop your skin from getting oily?
& can somebody reccomend me a face cleaner? my clean & clear facial foam cleaner doesnt do much for my skin
